Booking and Appointments

You can make an appointment in person at the clinic, over the phone, or through our website. To avoid delays or misunderstandings, please make sure that all personal information is correct. A confirmation email or text will be sent to you after your reservation; verify the information to make sure it is correct. 

A complete refund or rescheduling is possible for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. 50% of the total cost will be charged for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance, and the whole amount will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows.

• Initial Consultation: In order to determine whether a treatment is appropriate for your skin type and condition, some require an initial consultation. Our specialists will go over treatment objectives, possible risks, and anticipated results during this consultation.
• Consultation Fees: At the time of booking, any fees associated with specific consultations will be discussed. The consultation charge could be subtracted from the total cost of treatment if the treatment is scheduled during the consultation.
